Service Description
PRE-REQUISITE REQUIRED : 1 BASIC CLASS. The management reserves the right to decline entry to any individuals who have not met the pre-requisites. NOTE : GRIP SOCKS ARE COMPULSORY FOR REFORMER CLASSES. Bring your own or purchase it from us for $18. Reformer Align builds on the essentials of Pilates while improving endurance and agility, with a strong focus on alignment and posture. The class uses a thoughtful sequence of exercises designed to activate and mobilize the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Classes emphasize strengthening primary muscles, enhancing joint stability, and creating length through stretching. Instructors can adjust the intensity to support those progressing from starter classes while still offering a dynamic challenge for more experienced clients.

Cancellation Policy
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. For drop in bookings without a package, you may reschedule 8 hours before the class commence. Cancelling the class will forfeit your payment. For cancellations, please cancel or reschedule your sessions at least 8 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged. Any cancellations less than 8 hours notice will incur 1 class credit deduction from your plan. For cancellations less than 8 hours, please drop a message via Fit by Wix App to avoid No-Shows. For No-Shows, 2 class credits will be deducted. For Unlimited Plans & Strong-Her Plans, please note that there is a $30 Late Cancellation Charge and $40 No-Show Charge respectively. Please check in at least 5 minutes before class. Do take note that we allow a strict 5-minutes grace period for latecomers to all of our classes. Credit will be forfeited. Class Cancellation Policy – Minimum Participant Requirement Activ.Co Studio reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if the minimum number of participants required to run the class is not met. In such cases, we will provide notice of cancellation at least 6 hours prior to the class start time.
