Service Description
PRE-REQUISITE REQUIRED : 8 ALIGN CLASSES. You need to attend a minimum of 8 ALIGN classes before you can attend our SCULPT series. The management reserves the right to decline entry to any individuals who have not met the pre-requisites. NOTE : GRIP SOCKS ARE COMPULSORY FOR REFORMER CLASSES. Bring your own or purchase it from us for $18. Our SCULPT series includes the elements of ALIGN with a cardio segment on the Jumpboard, providing a full-body challenge that boosts endurance, strength, and overall fitness. The Management reserves the right to change, replace, or reassign instructors at its sole discretion with minimal or no prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. For drop-in bookings without a package, you may reschedule your class at least 8 hours before the class start time. Cancelling your class will result in payment forfeiture. For members with class credits, classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 8 hours before the class start time to avoid credit forfeiture. Late Cancellation Policy: This refers to any cancellation made within 8 hours of the class start time, with the studio informed at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations will incur a 1 credit deduction from your plan. No-Show Policy: This refers to cases where the member does not attend class and does not inform the studio before class. No-shows will incur a 2 credit deduction. For Unlimited Plans and Strong-Her Plans, late cancellations will incur a $30 late cancellation charge, while no-shows will incur a $40 no-show charge. Members are required to check in at least 5 minutes before class. A strict 5-minute grace period applies for latecomers. Entry may be refused after the grace period, and the credit or booking will be forfeited. Activ.Co Studio reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if the minimum number of participants required to run the class is not met. If this happens, members will be notified at least 6 hours before class via the contact details provided. The Management reserves the right to change, replace, or reassign instructors at its discretion, with minimal or no prior notice.
