NOTE : GRIP SOCKS ARE COMPULSORY FOR REFORMER CLASSES. Bring your own or purchase it from us for $27-$33 (ToeSox).

Cancellation Policy

STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. For drop in bookings without a package, you may reschedule 12 hours before the class commence. Cancelling the class will forfeit your payment. For cancellations, please cancel or reschedule your sessions at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged. Any cancellations less than 12 hours notice will incur 1 class credit deduction from your plan. For cancellations less than 12 hours, please drop a message via Fit by Wix App to avoid No-Shows. For No-Shows, 2 class credits will be deducted. For Unlimited Plans & Strong-Her Plans, please note that there is a $30 Late Cancellation Charge and $40 No-Show Charge respectively.
