Test of Strength 2024!

Test of Strength 2024 is an empowering all-female powerlifting competition hosted by Activ.Co, a women-only fitness studio dedicated to fostering strength, fitness, and community among women. Scheduled for September 14th, 2024, this event brings together women from all walks of life to challenge their limits and celebrate their strength. With  participants competing in deadlifts, bench presses, and barbell squats, Test of Strength 2024 is more than just a competition—it's a celebration of women supporting women, pushing boundaries, and embracing healthy, powerful lifestyles.
